Our classes cover all aspects of World Taekwondo Federation (WTF) style taekwondo training for adults, older adults, older children and teens. That training - from beginner (White Belt) to expert (Black Belt) levels - is comprised of five key areas: Basic Training (Kibon Dongjak), Self Defense (Hosinsool), Forms (Poomsae), Breaking (Gyupka) and Sparring (Gyorugi). Teaching is provided within the context of the core tenets of Taekwondo: Courtesy (Ye Lu), Integrity (Yom Chi), Perseverance (In Nae), Self Control (Guk Gi) and Indomitable Spirit (Baekjul Boogol).
