Thomas is a 4th Degree Kukkiwon certified blackbelt, and Class D USA Taekwondo-certified a referee. She’s is a pioneer member of Arch Taekwondo. She is an accomplished poomsae competitor and has judged at many local tournaments. She was a silver medalist in the grassroots 1st Master black belt poomsae division at the 2014 USA Taekwondo National Taekwondo Championships.
Thomas is an events director at the St. Louis Business Journal and holds a degree in biology from St. Louis University. She lives in the city of St. Louis with her husband Glennon – who is also an accomplished taekwondoin – and their dogs Khan, Sasha and Silky.
